Involved in histone H3-K36 demethylation and histone H3-K9 demethylation. Located in cytosol and nucleoplasm. Implicated in autosomal dominant non-syndromic intellectual disability; breast cancer; colorectal cancer; malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor; and stomach cancer.
